Market research in the
west central region of Saskatchewan indicates that land values for good quality
cropland has appreciated approximately 10% on average over the last six months.
The analysis includes sales research in areas including, but not limited to,
the general areas of Moose Jaw, Swift Current, Kindersley, Biggar, Outlook, and
Davidson. We have inspected a considerable sampling of transactions in these
areas in order to confirm land use and quality.
