Saskatchewan Farmland
Value Trend - Northeast Region
September 4, 2017
Market research in the
northeast region of Saskatchewan indicates that land values for good quality
cropland has appreciated approximately 8% on average in the first half of 2017.
The analysis includes sales research in areas including, but not limited to,
the general areas of Prince Albert, Humboldt, Naicam, Melfort, and Nipawin. We
have inspected a considerable sampling of transactions in these areas in order
to confirm land use and quality.
