Market research in the southwest region of Saskatchewan indicates that quality cropland has appreciated in value approximately 5% on average in the first half of 2017. The analysis includes sales research in areas including, but not limited to, Assiniboia, Val Marie, Shaunavon, Eastend, Cadillac, and Swift Current. We have inspected a considerable sampling of transactions in these areas in order to confirm land use and quality.
