Market analysis in Beaver County, approximately 65 km southeast of Edmonton, and generally in between Camrose, Viking, Vegreville, and Tofield, has determined that cultivated land has seen a modest increase in value in 2017 of approximately 4% for typical lands in the area.  Farm appraisal analyses of the real estate market indicates a healthy market with numerous transactions, and moderate levels of growth in land values.
