Farmland near Calmar, Alberta, which is located west of Leduc, has experienced strong demand over the last few years. The area is located in Leduc County which is immediately south and southwest of Edmonton. Our appraisal analysis in this area indicates that high quality cropland has increased approximately 9% in 2017.
