Farmland values near the Town of Rouleau, Saskatchewan have been trending upwards in 2016.  Rouleau is located approximately 30 km southwest of Regina. Our real estate appraisers have found that quality farmland in that area has appreciated in value approximately 1% per month in 2016. This follows strong value appreciation seen in the last several years
